We regret to inform users of "Shinsei Mobile Banking" for feature phones that the service will be discontinued and will no longer be available on and after Sunday, July 26, 2015. We would like to thank the users of our feature phone "Shinsei Mobile Banking" services, and apologize for any inconvenience this discontinuation may cause.

Customers who were utilizing "Shinsei Mobile Banking" are asked to utilize either our Internet banking service, Shinsei PowerDirect, via PC or smartphone, or our telephone banking service, Shinsei PowerCall, toll-free at 0120-456-858, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in managing their accounts.

Shinsei Bank continues to strive to enhance our Internet banking services in order to provide products and services which offer value and convenience to our customers.
