If information provided is insufficient, remittances may experience delays during screening at Shinsei Bank or overseas banks, and may be rejected or subject to additional inquiries from overseas banks. In order to ensure that remittances can be processed smoothly, please ensure that your contact details registered with us are up to date. Remittances may be rejected in the event of failure to cooperate with our inquiries, inability to contact customers, or as a result of information provided by customers.
