Alpha Servicer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “Alpha Servicer") is a servicer licensed by the Minister of Justice based on the Act on Special Measures Concerning Claim Management and Collection Businesses (Servicer Act) (Minister of justice Permission No.101).

The company merged with Shinsei Servicing & Consulting Limited (hereinafter, “Shinsei Servicer") in October 2017, consolidating Alpha Servicer’s function focusing on servicing small loans to individual borrowers (primary servicing) and Shinsei Servicer’s function focusing on servicing non-performing loans and loans commercial secured loans (special servicing).

Through the merger, as the SBI Shinsei Bank Group’s general servicer leveraging the strengths of the two companies, Alpha Servicer will operate the servicing business more efficiently by collectively handling NPLs (non-performing loans) and SPLs (specialized loans) of the Group. The company will also offer more optimized servicing by responding to the various needs of the originators (creditors) including financial institutions.

Founded in 1954 in Himeji City, Hyogo prefecture, we have long been offering our customers comprehensive financial services. In 2016, we changed our corporate name in order to maximize synergy with the SBI Shinsei Bank Group as a whole.

Placing "creation of the most trustable non-bank financial institution" as a center of our corporate mission, we aim to grow together with all of our stake holders and build on our trust with them.

Clearpass was established in 2001 as a member of the Kansai Electric Power Group and joined the Shinsei Bank Group in 2022.
